10th Avenue Corridor Extension – Airway Heights, WA
The City of Airway Heights has finished design and is currently in the bidding phase for 10th Avenue Corridor Extension from Garfield Road to Hayford Road. The construction project bid range is estimated at $3-4 million. The project is being funded with a partnership between City of Airway Heights, Kalispel Tribe of Indians, and Transportation Improvement Board of Washington.
This Contract provides for the extension of 10th Avenue from Garfield Road to Hayford Road with roadway construction consisting of grading, stormwater facilities, paving with HMA, curbing, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, illumination, landscaping and irrigation, traffic signal installation at Hayford Rd, temporary traffic control, and other work. The project is currently soliciting bids on the Ardurra Group, Inc. Online Virtual Plan Room (https://www.to-engineersplanroom.com/) with bid openings set for November 30th, 2023 at City Hall.
Construction will begin next Spring with completion in Fall of 2024.
