The West Plains Victim Services mission is to eliminate violence in the West Plains by promoting healing, hope, and resiliency through support services and education.

This program identifies barriers faced by victims and survivors, enhances safety, increases awareness, and provides options for obtaining resources for those living in Airway Heights, Cheney, and Medical Lake.

Victim Advocates encourage independent decision-making based in the individual needs and circumstances of each victim and survivor.

Advocacy is currently being offered in various areas, including domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, legal assistance, emergency aid, support groups, counseling referrals, and community education.
