Discover Our Youth Engagement Specialists
Youth Engagement Specialists, commonly referred to as YES Officers, collaborate with school counselors to identify students who would benefit from positive connections with their peers and adult role models.
The program is designed for middle and high school aged youth. The primary goals of PAL are to create team-building adventures to overcome perceived limits, foster trust, and encourage personal growth.

Donate to PAL
PAL relies on grants, donations, and in-kind support to ensure there is no cost to youth and their families to participate. Support PAL by giving to our nonprofit organization, the West Plains Safety Alliance. The West Plains Safety Alliance is a tax-exempt public charity under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). EIN: 33-1828805
