Municipal Court Information

About Our Court

The Airway Heights Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. The Municipal Court Judge is authorized by Washington State Statute to preside over the following types of cases: non-traffic infractions, traffic infractions, criminal misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors. Our Court serves the community through fair and equitable justice. All persons who come into contact with the Airway Heights Municipal Court will be treated fairly with dignity and respect.

Airway Heights Municipal Court utilizes technology such as phone and video appearances to promote access to the court by utilizing a hybrid model.

Hours: M-F 8:30am to 4:30pm
Closed M-F for lunch 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm
Closed for all Federal Holidays, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve.

How Can I Appear for Court?

You must appear for Court in person unless you have spoken with your attorney and they have given you the Zoom Link. The link will change each court day.
