Please be advised that the City of Airway Heights and WSDOT will be conducting pavement testing on the US-2:
Location: US-2 between Lundstrum Street and Lawson Street
Duration: Monday, September 18th and Tuesday, September 19th
Time of operation: 9:30am until 3:00pm both days
Direction: Both Eastbound 2 lanes and Westbound 2 lanes one lane at a time, in each direction
Expectations for the public: Travel reduced to one lane in each direction, center turn lane will be closed. Please use alternate routes for crossing US-2, the light at Lawson will remain open.
Reason for work: Geotechnical Engineer will complete exploration borings of the roadway
