(Airway Heights, WA) –The City of Airway Heights is seeking qualified firms to provide professional services to assist the City in a build out for a new Fire Station at the south end of the existing building located at 1149 S. Garfield, Airway Heights.
Work will be completed in phases with a design phase; and a construction phase set to start early 2024. This project will reconstruct, remodel and expand the existing commercial building for the fire department, 16,000 sf tenant improvement of existing 39,000 sf building.
