Notice of Public Hearing – Surplus Property
Notice is hereby given that the City of Airway Heights City Council will hold a public hearing on December 2, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to consider public comments regarding the surplus of, transfer of property rights to the Spokane County Library District, and execution of an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City and Spokane County Library District. The transaction involves two parcels: (i) property located at 13113 W. 12th Avenue, Airway Heights, WA 99001, APN 15234.2406; and (ii) property located at 1213 S. Lundstrom Street, Airway Heights, WA 99001, APN 15234.2426. The proposed use of any property transferred to the Spokane Library District shall be for library purposes. The hearing will be held in person and remotely. The public may attend the meeting in the Council Chambers at 13120 W. 13th Avenue, Airway Heights, WA or attend the meeting by using Zoom.
