The City of Airway Heights, Washington is Requesting Proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide policies, zoning, and development standards for missing middle housing, increased lot density, and provide for accessory dwelling units on each lot.
The deadline for submittal of proposals is 4:00 PM, Pacific Time, January 5, 2024.
